Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is available to U.S. and Canada residents only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, with the average delivery time of 2-6 days. All orders are shipped from our location in Texas.

Orders placed before 12:30pm CT are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:30pm CT are usually shipped the next day. Orders placed after 12:30pm CT on Friday are shipped the following Monday.

All orders will be shipped as complete orders. If an item is unavailable at the the time of shipping the entire order will be held until all items are available for shipping.

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Texas.

International Shipping
The following shipping options are available for all Canada destinations.

First-Class Mail International (2-30 days) - PLEASE NOTE: Tracking is not available for this service. Delivery time varies based on destination and customs. Panini is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to using this service.

Federal Express
Ground (3 - 6 days)

International orders may be subject to additional Customs Fees. Please check with your country's customs policies before placing an order. The recipient of the package will be held fully responsible for all additional customs fees that may be incurred.

Returns & Replacements

We have a no return policy in place. All sales are final. All claims for lost, damage or error in shipment must be made through Customer Service by email at Panini America is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or mishandled shipments.

Order Tracking

Your order tracking options are based on whether you have an online shopping account (registered customers) at or if you choose to shop anonymously (unregistered customers). Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail which includes a link to track the order.

Registered Customers may track all orders at Just follow these steps:

2. Enter your Log In name (your e-mail address) and the password you entered when you created your account.

Order status tracking is not available for Guest Checkout.
